Our Success Will Be Your Baby
Basic Infertility Services
Comprehensive Infertility Evaluation
If you’re having trouble conceiving, we can conduct a comprehensive infertility evaluation to determine if there are any issues that might be preventing a successful pregnancy.
Ovulation Induction Therapy
Women may undergo ovulation induction therapy with an oral or injectable medication to help their ovaries produce eggs and increase the likelihood of achieving a pregnancy.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
Intrauterine insemination (IUI) is a technique that isolates the fast-moving sperm from a semen sample and places them into the uterine cavity to increase the chances of conception.
Sperm Donor Insemination
Sperm donor insemination is ideal for infertile men, single women, same-sex female couples, and others who lack viable sperm. This process involves the donated sperm being placed in the uterine cavity.
Advanced Reproductive Technology (ART) Services:
In Vitro Fertilization Treatments
In vitro fertilization (IVF) involves retrieving eggs and sperm from the intended parents and fertilizing them to create an embryo. The healthy embryo(s) are then placed into the uterus during embryo transfer. If needed or recommended, donor eggs and/or sperm can be used for IVF.
The cost of your IVF will depend on your treatment and condition. Reproductive Fertility Center provides each patient with a detailed price sheet during their consultation and financing options for qualified candidates.

Other Infertility Treatment Services:
Egg Donation Information
Women who are over 35 years old, in early menopause, or have a genetic disease may want to consider egg donation. We work with only the most qualified and healthy egg donors and can help you find your ideal donor.
Gestational Surrogacy
Same gender couples and intended parents who have been unsuccessful with IVF or who carry health risks for the mom or baby may consider gestational surrogacy. This involves a healthy female surrogate carrying an embryo created with either IVF or an egg donor.
Becoming a Surrogate in Southern California
If you’re interested in becoming a surrogate and helping intended parents have a child of their own, contact us today. Surrogates in California are generously compensated for their time, effort, and expenses.
Infertility Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
Natural methods like acupuncture may increase the success rates of infertility treatments such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
Fertility Services for Same-Gender Couples
Same-gender and LGBTQ+ couples looking to start a family can trust our fertility specialists at Reproductive Fertility to provide a welcoming environment and modern reproductive techniques.
Shared Egg Donation Cycles
Shared egg donation cycles involve two sets of intended parents (unknown to each other) sharing the eggs retrieved from a single donor, which can help make treatment more affordable.
Embryology Services:
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) uses a small needle to inject a single sperm directly into the egg to achieve fertilization during the IVF procedure.
Assisted Embryo Hatching
Assisted hatching (AH) is an advanced reproductive technique used with in vitro fertilization (IVF) to enhance the probability of successful embryo implantation.
Gender Selection
The latest technology and developments allow parents to choose the biological gender (sex) of their baby. Parents who want to balance their family or are only having one child may consider gender selection.
Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis
Preimplantation genetic diagnosis is of value to parents at risk of having children with serious genetic conditions. This testing allows physicians to identify potential genetic diseases in the embryos during the IVF process, and then the healthiest embryo(s) can be transferred.
Infertility Treatment Surgeries:
Endoscopy and Microsurgery
Microsurgical techniques are used to optimize the outcome of fertility surgery by minimizing adhesion formation. These techniques usually involve gentle handling of the tissue, fine instruments, and small incisions.
Tubal Obstructions
Tubal obstructions or closures in the fallopian tubes prevent sperm from being able to reach the eggs for fertilization. Our tubal reversal center provides procedures that can restore fertility.
Tubal Ligation Reversal
Tubal ligation reversal is a surgical procedure that can restore fertility to a woman by reconnecting the fallopian tubes that have been surgically cut, tied, and/or burned.
Testicular Sperm Extraction
Sperm can be harvested directly from the testes through testicular sperm aspiration (TESA) or testicular sperm extraction (TESE). The sperm is then used for intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) with in vitro fertilization (IVF).
Cryopreservation Services/Cryobank:
Embryo Freezing and Storage
After embryo culture during IVF, if the patient isn’t ready for embryo transfer immediately or if more than one healthy embryo is created, patients may choose embryo freezing to preserve their leftover embryo(s) for use during a future IVF cycle.
Sperm Freezing and Storage
Sperm freezing provides sperm preservation for men who have high-risk occupations or who will be undergoing cancer therapies, prostate or testicular surgery, or a vasectomy. We offer sperm storage for patients trying to conceive with reproductive techniques.
Egg Freezing and Storage
Women in their early to mid-20s who want to wait to get pregnant or those who need their ovaries removed for any reason may want to freeze their eggs for future use.
Options for Prenatal Care Testing:
Prenatal Testing Options
Prenatal screening tests can help to determine if there may be any issues with the pregnancy or the baby. Prenatal screening tests during the first and second trimester of pregnancy are available.
