Fertility Treatments for Long Beach Patients

- Fertility testing: Dr. Saadat can look at ovarian reserve, ovulation, uterine factors, prior treatment history, and male-factor issues before recommending next steps.
- In vitro fertilization (IVF): Our on-site embryology and genetics lab handles key parts of IVF, and we can bring in techniques such as ICSI or genetic testing if your case calls for them.
- Intrauterine insemination (IUI): For some patients, IVF would be too much too soon. IUI can be the right call with certain ovulation problems, unexplained infertility, mild male-factor infertility, or when using donor sperm.
- Egg freezing and fertility preservation: We freeze eggs using vitrification and also offer sperm and embryo freezing.
- LGBTQ+ fertility care: We work with reciprocal IVF, donor sperm and eggs, gestational carriers, and fertility preservation based on who wants to contribute eggs or sperm and who plans to carry the pregnancy.
- Donor egg treatment: For patients with poor egg quality, low ovarian reserve, or certain genetic concerns, donor eggs could offer an alternative with a higher likelihood of success.
- Gestational surrogacy: We work with gestational carriers in select cases where patients can’t safely carry a pregnancy themselves. We also use them in other family-building situations when they may simply prefer a surrogate.
