Our office is located at 9201 W. Sunset Blvd., Suite 500, West Hollywood, CA 90069 (around 20 miles from central Torrance). Depending on traffic conditions, you can expect to reach us in roughly 35 to 50 minutes — although anyone who lives in the South Bay knows LA traffic gets the final say-so.
Since fertility care often involves repeat visits for check-ups, procedures, and follow-up, you can start to rack up unwanted hours behind the wheel. We ease your mind with transportation to and from the clinic, valet parking, medication delivery, and priority or off-hours appointments when available.
Fertility Treatment for Torrance and South Bay Patients
We work with patients at very different points, from figuring out why pregnancy hasn’t happened yet to preserving fertility for later or moving on to more advanced treatment.
Here’s a sample of our key services:
- In vitro fertilization (IVF): Dr. Saadat plans each IVF cycle around your individual needs, while our on-site embryology and genetics lab handles key parts of the process. If needed, we can also add techniques such as ICSI.
- Intrauterine insemination (IUI): IUI offers a less intensive option for some patients with ovulation problems, unexplained infertility, mild male-factor infertility, or people who are using donor sperm.
- Egg freezing and fertility preservation: We use vitrification to freeze eggs for future family building and also offer sperm and embryo freezing. These options can help patients preserve fertility before cancer treatment or other medical care that could hurt reproductive function.
- Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT): PGT gives Dr. Saadat and the patient more information about embryos before transfer and can become part of an IVF cycle if appropriate.
- Donor egg treatment: For patients with poor egg quality, low ovarian reserve, or certain genetic concerns, donor eggs may offer an alternative with a higher likelihood of success.
- Gestational surrogacy: We work with gestational carriers in cases where patients can’t safely carry a pregnancy themselves and for other family-building situations when the patients may simply prefer a surrogate.
- Male infertility care: We evaluate male-factor infertility and offer treatment that can include advanced reproductive techniques or surgical sperm retrieval.
